Ingredients

2 large zucchinis
1 large ripe tomato, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any preferred cheese)


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it. Slice the zucchinis into pieces about 1/4 inch thick.
