Ingredients
From 2 pounds beef steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the beef steak into 1-inch cubes and dice the potatoes.
